Project Challenges
The original store had a complex category mix, scattered refrigeration equipment and low conversion along the main aisle. The layout needed to be rebuilt without sacrificing merchandising capacity.
Implementation Solution
We combined a clearly defined main aisle, promotional endcaps and a dedicated fresh-food cold-chain zone. Shelving heights were zoned by area, refrigerated cases were arranged along walls and island positions, and high-frequency impulse items were placed before checkout.
